Viewing the IRD download history
MYOB AE/AO maintains a log of the IRD data download history.
The View IRD Download History option allows you to review a history of the IRD downloads and their status.
To view the history

Go to Maintenance > Maintenance Map.

On the TASKS bar, click Tax.

Click View IRD Download History. The IRD download history window appears showing the details of the downloads, which includes:

the Agency the download was for
-
Start date and time
-
Finish date and time
-
Type of download — whether it was manual bulk, manual client or scheduled

Result — whether the download was successful or not
-
Client — name of the client for an manual client or blank for a manual bulk or scheduled download

Comment indicating why the download failed or blank for a successful download.

Optionally, you can sort the table:

To sort the table in ascending order, click on any column heading.

To reverse the sort order, click the heading of a sorted column.
