When you want to merge a specific set of contacts in their Microsoft Outlook folders (rather than merge the entire contact population), use the contact responsibility values assigned to the contact records through the Responsibility and/or Team tabs.
To filter changed records using the Team Responsibility checkbox
When selecting the Team Responsibility filter, the merged contacts will be the ones where you are a member of any team assigned to the contact using the Contact/Team tab within the main database. Therefore, if you are a team member in any capacity on a contact team record, the contact is merged into your Microsoft Outlook contact folders.
To filter changed records using the Organisational Filter checkbox
When selecting the Organisational Filter, you will see combination boxes of the available values from the Contact/Responsibility windows from the main application.
