In MYOB Portal you may find documents approved and electronically signed by your clients don't display a digital signature.
This issue may occur if the document is secured or password protected.
Note: A secure document will display 'SECURE' in the title bar of the document.
To resolve this issue, ensure the document is not secured or password protected before re-uploading the document to the MYOB Portal for your client to sign.
