Error: "Object Reference not set to an Instance of an Object"

The error message Object reference not set to instance of object means Corporate Compliance experienced a system error. This might happen when Corporate Compliance hasn't completed initialisation when you first open the program. We are investigating this issue..

To fix the object reference not set to instance of an object error
  1. Close Corporate Compliance and restart the program.
  2. Ensure that Corporate Compliance has completed initialisation before clicking any fields. The initialisation has completed when the Corporations task menu has expanded and displays the subtasks.
  3. If you keep getting the error, contact MYOB Support and attach a copy of the Corporate Compliance error log file. For details, see Submitting a support request.
