Assets displays "#NAME?" in certain cells after exporting a report to a *.CSV format

This support note applies to:

• AE Assets Live (NZ)
• AE Assets Live (AU)

In the MYOB Client Accounting - Assets module when a report has been exported using the .csv format you may experience that some of the cells display a value of #Name?.

This will occur for any cell references that start with a special character, such as +.

To resolve this issue you will need to export using one of the following formats:

• .xls
• .xlsx or
• .pdf
