In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and Accountants Office (AO) an employee may wish to change their login password.
This Knowledge Base article will assist in changing your AE or AO login password.
To change your login password, use one of the following methods based on your AE or AO version.
Double click on the MYOB AE or MYOB AO icon. The MYOB AE or AO login screen appears.
Click I forgot my Password hyperlink. The Forgot your Password? window appears.
Enter your email address and select Send Email. An email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
Go to the my.MYOB website and go to My Account > Change Password. The Change Password screen appears.
Enter Original Password, New Password and Confirm Password. All entry fields are complete.
Click Change Password. The password change is complete. You will receive an email notification with the confirmation of the change.
