Error: "PDF Manager needs to connect to the network to validate the licence"
This support note applies to:
- PDF Manager (AU)
- PDF Manager (NZ)
In MYOB PDF Manager you may experience the following message "PDF Manager needs to connect to the network to validate the licence" when launching into PDF Manager.
This error can occur as a result of a corruption in the PDF Manager configuration file.
To resolve this error you need to delete the MPCConfiguratation file and re-link to the licence file.
- Deleting the MPCConfiguration file
- Refer to Error: "There was a problem updating the configuration file ERROR: MPCInstaller.MPCInstaller::UpdateConfigurationFile Error Validating configuration file:Root element is missing"
- Relinking the Licence File
- To re-link the Licence file, you need to relaunch PDF Manager.
