In MYOB PDF Manager you may experience the following message "PDF Manager needs to connect to the network to validate the licence" when launching into PDF Manager.
This error can occur as a result of a corruption in the PDF Manager configuration file.
To resolve this error you need to delete the MPCConfiguratation file and re-link to the licence file.

To re-link the Licence file, you need to relaunch PDF Manager.
You may need to perform the above steps on all affected workstations.
