In the MYOB Portal you may experience the following error "Sorry, the dots just don't join up right now. This page is temporarily unavailable. Please try again shortly" when attempting to add a client to a portal.
This error may occur if OnTheGo API is not running on the server or when an employee my.login needs refreshing.
To restart OnTheGo API
This error occurs due to the OnTheGo API Service on the server is not running. To fix this error you need to restart the OnTheGo API Service on the server.
