Archive Document security setting allows security group to archive documents

This support note applies to:

• AO Document Manager (AU)
• AO Document Manager (NZ)
• AE Document Manager (NZ)
• AE Document Manager (AU)

In MYOB Document Manager (DM), if you set security on Filing Cabinet Security Settings and untick the 'Archive Document' option for specific Security Groups, the system still allows the employee within that specific security group to mark documents as Archive.

MYOB is investigating this issue.
