Error: "1705/File access is denied" when creating a Workpaper in AO Classic

In MYOB Accountants Office Classic (AO Classic) General Ledger you may experience the following error when attempting to create a new Workpaper:

Error "1705/File access is denied"

 Program Section "loaddata"

Current Object "CTRWORKSHEET"

Program Code "SELECT WorkPaperAcctRanges"

This error occurs if you are using Microsoft (MS) Office 2016 64 bit. To resolve this error you need to install the 32 bit version of Office 2016.
