This support note applies to:
- AE Document Manager (NZ)
- AE Document Manager (AU)
In MYOB Document Manager (DM) the error message "The Document Manager workstation version does not match the server version" may appear when opening DM.
This occurs when the version of DM you have on either the workstation or the server is different.
To resolve this issue:
- if you have recently upgraded MYOB Practice Manager please refer to the my.MYOB Product Downloads page, Australia or New Zealand to download and install the latest release of DM on the server.
if you have downloaded and installed the latest version of DM on the server, you will need to perform a DM workstation setup.
