Full Billing History flickers at the 'Total' field and Billing Wizard may freeze

This support note applies to:

In MYOB Practice Manager you may find that the Total field on the Full Billing History section of the Bills tab within a client flickers. 

You may also notice that the Task Bar options are slow to refresh after clicking on the Bills tab and then moving to another bill.  Another symptom is that when you click Post button within a bill, the screen may freeze.

To resolve this issue right click on any client bill displaying in the Full Billing History area to open the Field Chooser and drag the following fields to the heading bar:

  • Write Off
  • Invoice Date
  • Invoice Number
  • Invoiced Amount

It has also been reported that the field starts to flicker if the billing wizard is opened and then cancelled and closed, as well as it may also appear to freeze when moving through the different stages of the Billing Wizard when creating a new bill.
