Error: "Sorry, but it seems you failed to authenticate. Please check your credentials and try again later"

In the MYOB Portal your client (the SME) may experience the following error "Sorry, but it seems you failed to authenticate. Please check your credentials and try again later" when attempting to log into the practice portal.

This error occurs when the SME client is using an email address other than the one invited by the practice to use the portal.

To resolve this error
  1. Advise the SME client to log onto the Portal using the correct invited email address or
  2. The practice can re-send the SME invitation using the SME's correct email address.
