Error: "Export batch being performed by [username]"

This support note applies to:

• AO Tax (AU)
• AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
• AE Tax (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Tax - Classic (AE Tax), if you use System Release to access AE Tax, you may get the error Export batch being performed by [username] when exporting or importing. [username] is the user currently exporting or locked in the exporting routine.
