In MYOB Document Manager (DM) you may experience the following error "Failed to send document to file store" when creating or closing documents in DM.
This error can occur when there is a disruption in the connectivity of the workstation to the Application Server (where Document Manager is installed). The Server is not responding to the workstation request or is unavailable temporarily.
This may also be due to the reason that the DM File Store service is not running on the server.
To correct the issue, you may do the following:
- Try again later;
- Make sure the DM File Store Service is running on the Server at all times. For more information refer to Error: "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"
- Consult your IT Profession to investigate the connectivity with the Server.
