This support note applies to:

In MYOB Tax if you are using PLS (CloudAuth) to lodge returns you may experience the error "Error while retrieving available returns: An item with the same key has already been added" when attempting to open the Tax Lodgment Manager homepage.
You may also experience that the Tax Lodgment homepage displays no returns. Please refer to Lodgment Manager homepage showing as blank
This error occurs due to some anomaly in the database. It may relate to having multiple Agent in Accountants Enterprise (AE) with the same code but difference case.
For example; Agent1 and agent1. This will require one of the agent codes to be changed to ensure that they are unique.
MYOB is investigating this issue.
