In MYOB Accountants Office (AO) Tax you may experience the error "Format SPEntry is not on file" for prior year tax return.

If you receive this error while generating an estimate in a prior year return tax return, or if the spouse details worksheet does not open, you need to refresh the system services link. Refer to Refreshing the System Services links in AO
