Error: "Failed to create an instance of form associated with Solution6.VPM.Client.ClientFrameWork.frmWizard..."

• AE Tax (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Practice Manager (AE PM) or MYOB Accountants Office (AO) you may experience the following error when trying to create a new client:
"Failed to create an instance of form associated with Solution6.VPM.Client.ClientFrameWork.frmWizard' 'Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation".

This error may occur when the server has run out of memory.

To resolve this error you need to reboot the server once all users have logged off.
