This support note applies to:

- AE Assets Live (AU)
In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and Accountants Office (AO) Client Accounting, when you click the Assets tab, you may experience the error "Client Accounting could not load Assets. Reasons: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation".
This error occurs when an active internet connection cannot be located.
To open Assets, ensure you have an active internet connection and access to AE/AO Ledger.
