In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) Tax you may experience the error "Incorrect application template" when opening Tax Tracking after installing AE Tax 2017.0.

This issue occurs where the Tax Tracking Header files did not update during the 2017.0 Tax install.

To resolve this issue, update the Tax Tracking Header files by following the instructions below.

To update the Tax Tracking Header file
  1. Download the TT by clicking on the link.

  2. Copy the download TT file

  3. Paste the TT file in the Sol64\S6 or Tax\S6 folder.

    If you are unsure of the location of the Sol64 or Tax folder, refer to Finding the SOL64 or Tax directory
