Error: "Requested user code ignored due to conflict with already running session" when accessing Tax

When you access Accountants Enterprise (AE) Tax you may experience the error "Requested user code ignored due to conflict with already running session".
To overcome this error, run the EPRESET routine. For more details refer to Running an 'EPRESET' using Contacts or Client Compliance
