This support note applies to:

- AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
The following error may appear when opening any MYOB Accountants Enterprise modules:
"Automatic Datasafe backup. You have not backed up your data in the last x days. The system will now make a backup of your data. You should try to ensure that nobody enters data while the backup is being performed."
This error means that an automatic backup has not been performed as per the backup options set up in DataSafe.
When this prompt appears you have 2 options:
- If you click OK, a backup is performed.
- If you click CANCEL, all subsequent users will be prompted with the same message each time they attempt to open an MYOB application. This will continue until a database backup has been performed.
We recommend that all practices enable the automatic backup system.
