Environment error: "2147220991 Error launching professional reporter" when accessing Reporter menus

This support note applies to:

• AE Reporter (NZ)
• AE Reporter (AU)

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise Reporter (AE Reporter) you may experience the following error "Environment error -2147220991 Error launching professional reporter" with details "stack: link.mMainLink.Main S6RpMasStorage -2147024769: automation error | the specified procedure could not be found" when attempting to access Reporter menus. 

To fix this error, turn on the DEP settings on your workstation. See Establishing Data Execution Prevention (DEP) settings.
