Error: "There seems to be an error with your login"

In the MYOB Portal your client (the SME) may see the following error "There seems to be an error with your login" when attempting to log into the practice portal.

This error occurs when the SME client is using an email address other than the one invited by the practice to use the portal.

To resolve this error
  • Advise the SME client to log in to the Portal using the correct invited email address or
  • The practice can re-send the SME invitation using the SME's correct email address

    The correct email address is included at the bottom of the approval request email.
