Error: "KMShareIt has stopped working"

In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) and Accountants Office (AO) you may experience the following Microsoft Windows error "KMShareIt has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" when saving or creating a document in MYOB AE/AO Documents tab.

To resolve this error, you will need to un-install and re-install MYOB AE/AO workstation.

Prior to running the workstation install ensure that your UAC is disabled, refer to Disabling User Account Control (UAC)

You must be logged on as the Domain Administrator (where your user name is "Administrator") when performing the un-install and re-install process.
