In MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) you may experience the following error "Could not load the DLL Viz2CDS.dll, or one of the DLLs it references. Reason: 126 (The specified module could not be found)" when creating a new client. This error can appear after upgrading an existing instance of SQL to SQL 2014.

This error occurs as a result of the Viz2CDS.dll file is not able to be located after the SQL instance has been upgraded.
To resolve this error you need to re-install VizCDS19.exe and run the grant.sql script after upgrading to SQL 2014 or later as per Re-installing CDS integration
