Error 'Invalid Merge Field' when performing a mail merge which contain extra fields or lists

When performing a mail merge within MYOB AE Practice Manager (AE PM) you may receive the error 'Invalid Merge Field'. This error occurs when a template includes an extra field or extra list that is prefixed with a number, for example 010 Bpay Code.

To resolve, ensure all extra fields and extra lists are prefixed with an alpha character.
