This support note applies to:

This issue can occur if the Intranet workstation dlls are out of date and do not match the expected version. A workstation setup of Document Manager should resolve the issue.
Please run a Document Manager workstation setup as per the relevant article:

If this fails to resolve, it is possible that the Intranetwkstn.exe file located in \\SERVER\MYOBIntranet\Setup (where SERVER is the server name) is out of date. Please contact support to obtain the most up to date version of this file.
