AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
-
AE Tax (AU)
In MYOB Tax, you may experience the error "Failed tag not recognised (int)" when attempting an ATO prefill.
This means that the SQL tables and layouts did not finish transferring during the installation. This may occur where users are logged into AE/AO Tax during the installation.
To resolve this issue, you'll need to re-run the transfer again. For a step-by-step guide, refer to the articles below for your product.
Before beginning the process, ensure there are no users logged into Tax. If you're receiving the error Error: "Cannot obtain unique access - other operators in tax", you can kick them out by running an Error: "Cannot obtain unique access - other operators in tax".
