In MYOB AO Classic – General Ledger version 17.0.8, you might receive the message "Error: "12/Variable 'GLRGSTDEFAULTRATE' is not found." when previewing a GST report.

To resolve this issue, copy the glrReports.app file to the Accountants Office folder as follows:

To download the glrReports.app

glrReports.zip to download the attached glrReports.zip file.
Extract the glrReports.app file from the zip file.
Copy the glrReports.app file into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Accountants Office folder of each affected workstation.
