In MYOB Tax when installing you may experience an error in your database upgrade log that states "Database upgrade fails with incorrect syntax near '&'".
This occurs when the client has an "&" symbol in the client tax ledger code.
To resolve this error, contact MYOB support.
MYOB is investigating this issue.

Please contact the clients CM on the clients behalf and advise that the client needs a service to switch to a different tax ledger code.
This can be booked with technical services or consulting.
Process to fix is to:
Create a TAX ledger code in db with the full range of ledgers/calcs.
Export from W&P/Import into TAX
Remove the W&P ledgers and clean up the S6HDR table.
Run a repair to ensure the database upgrade runs correctly.
