This support note applies to:

In MYOB Document Manager (DM) the following error "The file to be checked in C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\My Documents\MYOB\Document Manager\... cannot be found" appears when checking in a document.
The following instructions will help you to locate the checked out document.
You must be an Administrator or "SuperUser" to check this area
Follow the menu path Maintenance > Maintenance Maps > Documents > Document Manager Setup > Document Locations.
Ensure that you note this location. By default this location is "C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\My Documents\MYOB\Document Manager" however this location can be customised for your practice.
- Using Windows Explorer browse to the document location noted in Step 1. The checked out document appears.
If the document is not seen in the Checkout location, it may have a different check out location which may be a shared location on the Server. If you do not know what your checked out location is, please call MYOB Support.
