The following information relates if you receive a corruption in any of the four following tax data files.
- DS6TA310
- DZZTA330
- DS6TA340
- DZZTA350
To resolve the error, rename, restore and rebuild the files. This article is only applicable if you are using non SQL tax.
To check if you are NOT using SQL tax please refer to KB Verifying if SQL Tax is installed.
To resolve the error
- Take a reliable backup of your Sol63 folder and have all users out of MYOB.
Rename the following files.

Where X:\ is the drive where sol63 folder resides.
Tax is the client code for tax ledger to check this refer to KB Determining your Tax Ledger Client Code
Restore the below mentioned 5 files in their respective location from a backup prior to error occurring.

- Open System release log in as administrator with user name supervis password s6. System Release opens
- From left navigation panel under administration > folders. Folders window appear.
- Open the tax folder, with reference SOL63.Tax folder appears.
Right click on tax 2012 > rebuild > select the following files > OK.

Data rebuild process runs
Tax ledgers appear after data rebuild process and tax 2012 should open without any errors.
