Error Index was out of range Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection

This support note applies to:

• PDF Manager (AU)
• PDF Manager (NZ)

Error "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: Index" appears when working in the Document Mark Up tab in MYOB PDF Manager.

This error can appear when saving the document after mark ups have be added. After two three tries it is sometimes possible to save the document.

To resolve this, save the document without mark ups and then print it to PDF Manager. It is then possible to add mark ups to the new document.
