In MYOB when backing up Document Manager version 4.0.4 while using SQL 2012 you may receive the following error "Could not load file or assembly Microsoft.SqlServer.BatchParser, Version=10.0.0.0 or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified".
This error occurs because the system is looking for the SQL Server 2008 R2 Shared Management Components and SQL System CLR Types. You'll need to install these files to resolve this issue.
