Cannot drag and drop documents into Document Tab

This support note applies to:

• AO Practice Manager (NZ)
• AO Practice Manager (AU)
• AE Practice Manager (NZ)
• AE Practice Manager (AU)

Within the Documents tab it is possible to drag and drop or cut and paste documents from Explorer for example, into the Documents tab if you are using the Windows Explorer style.

If you find this option is no longer working, consult your IT person to disable UAC via the Registry on all affected workstations. Refer to Disabling User Account Control (UAC)
