In MYOB Document Manager you may experience the following error when opening or creating emails from Document Manager:
Interface not registered"
This issue occurs where there is a corruption in the windows registry for the Microsoft Office component after a workstation has been upgraded to Windows 10 or after performing a Microsoft Office update.
To resolve this issue uninstall and reinstall all versions of Microsoft Office on the affected workstation. Then uninstall and reinstall Accountants Enterprise or Accountants Office workstation.
