Form 2205 Notification of resolutions regarding shares

This support note applies to:

MYOB Corporate Compliance (CC) does not currently support share consolidations, subdivisions or the preparation and lodgement of Form 2205 Notification of resolutions regarding shares.

To notify that a resolution regarding shares has been passed by a company, lodge the form directly with ASIC outside the software then update Corporate Compliance once the form is accepted.

To update the software with the new share details, in the Capital tab, Deleting shares issued then Adding share issues with the revised details. Do not produce or lodge any forms.
