In MYOB Document Manager you may experience the error "License key could not be validated. The library was not unlocked" when importing a PDF document using the Import document Function.
This error occurs when the debenuPDFLibrary.dll file in the CENTRAL shared folder is missing.
To resolve this issue copy the debenuPDFLibrary.dll file from a working computer into the central share.
