Not all documents appear on the Find Document search screen

In MYOB Document Manager, when searching for documents in the Find Documents screen, the bottom of the screen shows more documents found than what actually appears in the list.

This may be (based on the search criteria) that deleted documents are adding to the total number appearing at the bottom of the screen but the documents themselves will not appear on the screen.
