Restarting MYOB services

In MYOB you might be required to start and stop services like MYOB OnTheGo API Services or MYOB Sync Client service for troubleshooting purposes.

Make sure you're on the server where MYOB is installed.

To start and stop the services
  1. From the desktop of your server, click the Start menu and type services.msc. Then press Enter.
  2. From the list of services, find and right-click the MYOB service you want to start, stop or restart.
    • MYOB Sync Client service
    •  MYOB OnTheGo API Service
    • MYOB DM Portal Sync Service (If you have Document Manager)
  3. Select Start/stop/Restart.

The MYOB services will have Started status.
