This support note applies to:

In MYOB Accountants Office Practice Manager (AOPM) if you have lost your billing template changes or a bill template has become corrupt, you can restore one or more templates from your scheduled MYOB backup.
- On the server navigate to: Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Backup > Scheduled Backups.
The Schedule Backup window appears.
- Note the Backup location and browse to this location using Windows Explorer. The backup location is identified.
- Right click on a recent backup file, and select Extract Here. All the files will extract to the default location presented.
- Open the folder with the extracted files and select Core > Files > Document Styles. The Document Styles folders appears.
Review the templates in the sub folders and copy the required template to your standard billing template location.
Your billing template locations are recorded in Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Documents > Document Styles > Word Template column.
