This support note applies to:

In MYOB Practice Manager (PM) you may see the following message "Report contains no data. Try altering the filter conditions and re-run the report" when attempting to run a Pre Billing Report for a client that does not have any unbilled WIP.
This can occur if the client has WIP entries that are dated greater than the report date selected.
To resolve this message you will need to re-run the Pre Billing Report and select a future date to view all future WIP entries.
You may also see this error if you are running the Prebilling report by Group from the Parent client and the parent client has no wip. In this case, you would need to access the child client and run a Prebilling report by Type or by Employee for example to see the wip for this client.
