To migrate Reporter to a new server you will need to copy the MAS/Accounts data from the old server and then run the Server installation of Reporter on the new server followed by the workstation installation on the workstations.
How to migrate Reporter for Accounts users
- You will need to install Accounts on the new server. For further details on installing accounts please refer to Migrating MYOB Accountants Enterprise using the combined installer
- Perform the server installation of Reporter on the new server, for further details of how to perform the Reporter Server installation please refer to the Reporter Installation guide on the Reporter installation CD.
- Perform a workstation installation on each workstation, for further details of how to perform the Reporter workstation installation please refer to the Reporter Installation guide on the Reporter installation CD.
- Install any Reporter service packs.
