This support note applies to:

When opening and closing a completed PDF document from MYOB Document Manager, you may notice that this file is not removed from the user's DMCheckout folder.
We're working hard to come up with a permanent solution. In the meantime, use the following workaround.
To temporarily resolve the issue
Delete all Temp folders residing in the user's DMCheckout folder.
